IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, COCHRANE & COMPANY IS UNWILLING TO GRANT YOU A LICENSE TO THE PORTAL AND YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE THE PORTAL.

GENERAL TERMS
Subject to the terms and conditions herein and all terms of any applicable Producer Agreement with Cochrane & Company, Cochrane & Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, license to use and access the Portal. The Portal is licensed to you, not sold. Some material available on this server may be protected by third-party copyrights. You are permitted to make copies of these protected materials when it is for use in business with Cochrane & Company only. All copies must maintain the original copyright notice. Access to any services or materials may be revoked without notice by Cochrane & Company.

MEMBER ACCOUNT & PASSWORD
This service requires you to open an account. You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.
